Last week I started (resumed?) language training at a local school (tuition paid by the State Department). They put me at a lower level than I had hoped, but the review is good. Especially on pronunciation.
We also did some serious shopping. Our tax rebate check went to stimulate the Chinese economy, in the form of a 47" LCD TV (brand LG). Perhaps I'll post a pic of me getting pwnt by Slash in the Guitar Hero battle I can't seem to win.
But in the meantime, here are a few pics I snapped of things I couldn't pass up.

What kind of cut do you get from the milk company?
Nice of them to let you know which milk is for you. The sign just kills me. I wonder what they were trying for?
