Partially Insane Jedi Master Chocolate

We've got a new brand of chocolate in the store, and if the name isn't the biggest copyright infringement I've seen in a long time, I don't know what is:

Hopefully, George Lucas will read this and stomp all over that.* I mean, the idea of Yoda being a chocolatier just doesn't seem right -- though "the dark side" takes on new meaning. "Cacao, or cacao not. There is no milk."

In other store-related news: are we (Americans in general) moving past the need to communicate verbally face to face? More and more customers have been in the store with cell phones semi-permanently attached to their faces, refusing to speak to me -- instead, attempting to communicate their desires for my "grunt work" through gestures (one hand only, since the other is holding the phone) and strange new facial expressions.

I've thought of a few gestures I'd like to respond with, but have not yet "evolved" to that level.

* Yes, "Dagoba" is not "Dagobah" and therefore probably is not infringement. But it's darn close.

I actually think the name is less of an issue than the fact that Hershey owns them. Sad, they had good stuff and I would hate to see what Hershey will do to it. (yes being female means I care more about how good the chocolate is than the Star Wars issue)

I hope Lucas doesn't do anything. He has WAY too much money and ego already. And, this company uses organic production and fair trade mechanisms.

I believe the chocolate is pronounced differently. I actually heard an interview with one of the guys that started and it's actually the name of some old god or something...can't remember anymore but I bet it could be found on the interwebs.
