Crikey, it's been a while. I really did mean to post something on my birthday, but it seems not to have worked out that way. Anyway, happy belated birthday to me yadda yadda.
So, I've been thinking quite a bit lately about high school friends and other people with whom I have more or less lost contact. Just wondering how many people from "past lives" the average person maintains contact with. I'd like to catch up on things with a few people, but I really have no clue how to track them down. Maybe my mom can check with their parents, if they can be found.
One of our friends from Korea, Ms. Lee Jin Young, is flying into Washington tomorrow for some training. It'll be good to see her and catch up on the haps in Korea.
Rumor has it that a certain Mr. Koelman might be headed this way for a few days of training. That would be the shizzle. I could wear the new T-shirt I found at Kohl's, which reads "Just Chillin' with my Peeps" and has an image of a few Marshmallow Peeps. Tahra thinks its quite fitting for me. I agree.
9 days until GenCon. If anyone from MN wants to meet halfway between there and MD, Indianapolis is almost exactly that. You could probably crash on my hotel room floor. Or on some furniture, even.
This entry seems... bland to me. Not sure why; maybe since I'm just rambling about various things instead of having a focus. But I got sick of ranting about things. I can only be in a bad mood for so long, and then it just gets old.
So, I think I'll leave you with one of my many (?) nicknames from throughout the years. Bonus points to anyone (except the originator) who can identify the origin (era and individual who coined it) of this nickname: "Cringer"

I've got your "cringer right here". I personally have no idea but I like it. Are you sure you wanted I to put this where anyone who knows you could see it? We'll see if anyone has the memory to make you pay for this.
Cringer? Like He-Man's cat? Hmmm...I know you and Betsy used to play with those toys, but I don't see her calling you that. Got me stumped.
"Anonymous" is on the right track...
