Ayi Masterstroke, the First

This is the first of a new series of posts I am calling "Ayi Masterstrokes," through which I hope to give the masses a glimpse into the workings of our housekeeper's indecipherable mind.

Ayi Masterstroke, the First:

We had a (roughly 8" diameter) bowl full of tangerines, about 20 or so. In her unfathomable wisdom, she determined that the skins were unfit to remain on the fruit. She peeled ALL of them, and packed them into a plastic storage container.
