Changing of the Guard
Another month – where do they go? November started off pretty quietly, with me slipping in an application for an HR position just before the deadline. Interviewed just before Thanksgiving. Had a nice, quiet turkey dinner (and all the fixins) with D-What and one of her co-workers. Was offered, and accepted, said position this past week. Won’t actually start until mid/late January, after a new (higher) security clearance gets processed. Hopefully the job doesn’t suck. I guess I can put up with more suck when there’s better remuneration. Just gotta stick with it for 52 weeks.

congrats, hopefully it's not to bad... unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a abundance of jobs that are great experiences anywhere.
