China Blocks Blogspot

China has currently blocked access to blogspot.com, so I am attempting to write this via my "post via e-mail" option.  I have no idea how this will look in terms of formatting.
Anyway, we've gotten out a bit with the camera in the last few weeks, even to a section of the Great Wall near Beijing that we hadn't seen yet.
I've posted some of the best shots at Flickr -- check out the first two pages of my photo stream for the newest batch: http://www.flickr.com/photos/wogworld/
In other news, we've submitted our appeal to move out of our current apartment, so wish us luck.  We'll need it.
We've also got our first visitors from the U.S. coming in October.  If others are intending to make it out this way, let us know if you have a time frame you're eyeballing.
Oh, one last thing: saw our first movie in a theater since I Am Legend in/around December 2007.  China only allows a dozen or so foreign films to be shown each year (total!), and today we saw the new Star Trek as one of those for the year.
